Colombia Huila EL TIPLE SUPREMO Coffee Freshly Roasted to Order (SMALL BATCH) Our El Tiple line of Colombia coffee is named for the Tiple, an instrument, used in traditional Colombian music. The tiple serves both as an accompanying instrument and for soloing. Similarly, our El Tiple coffee is a crowd-pleasing single-origin Colombia coffee sourced from small, family-owned farms throughout the Huila department. Colombia Huila is a Medium Roast, Single-Origin coffee from the Huila region in Colombia. Small batch, artisan roast. Smooth & balanced in the cup. Roasted and packed fresh to guarantee optimum taste allowing for complete flavor development. Huila is currently the largest producer of coffee in Colombia. However, its development was unconventional and unlike other regions such as Antioquia, Santander or Cundinamarca. Abundant labor from Huila, traveled to traditional coffee producing provinces to work as pickers. When they returned to their homeland, they brought not only money, but also coffee beans and knowledge. The rest, as they say, is history. With 16 coffee-producing regions along three mountain ranges and two harvests each year, Colombia is a fresh coffee powerhouse.

Colombia Tolima Organic Coffee Freshly Roasted to Order (SMALL BATCH) Aromas reminiscent of orange zest and sweet cinnamon when ground. Mild tart cherry and honey-like sweetness is present, especially as the coffee cools. Organic Tolima is a Medium Roast, Single-Origin coffee from Colombia Tolima.Small batch, artisan roast. Smooth & balanced in the cup.Roasted and packed fresh to guarantee optimum taste allowing for complete flavor development. KENYA AA Coffee Freshly Roasted to Order (SMALL BATCH) Like the best Kenyans, this coffee is exceptionally flavor-forward, with has subtle notes of tangerine, grapefruit, and hints of caramel. Kenyan coffee is among the most balanced and complex in the world, renowned for its powerful, wine-like acidity and sweet fruity notes. Kenyan AA is a Medium Roast, Single-Origin coffee from the Nyeri region in Kenya, Africa. Small batch, artisan roast. Smooth & balanced in the cup. Roasted and packed fresh to guarantee optimum taste allowing for complete flavor development. Kenyan coffee is among the most balanced and complex in the world, renowned for its powerful, wine-like acidity and sweet fruity notes. The best Kenyans are typically exceptionally clean, with a long finish. Citrus notes predominate in some offerings, berry in others. One of the premier coffee-producing countries in the world, with coffees primarily sold through the unique government-run auction system. Brazil Cerrado Coffee Freshly Roasted to Order (SMALL BATCH) Richly nut-toned, the nose leads with dark chocolate and hints of almond butter. On the palate, crisp fruit and nut tones are detectable. Easy-going, gentle acidity, viscous, velvety mouth feel. Brazil Cerrado is a Medium Roast, Single-Origin coffee from Cerrado, Minas Gerais in Brazil. Small batch, artisan roast. Smooth & balanced in the cup. Roasted and packed fresh to guarantee optimum taste allowing for complete flavor development. Cerrado is a region in the state of Minas Gerais, the largest coffee-producing state in Brazil. The coffee is grown in rich soil that the natives call “Terra Roxa” or “Red Earth” and other factors such as consistent rains, high daytime temperatures, and dry winters combine to make the Cerrado region ideal for producing coffee. Today, coffee is produced by over 4,500 growers on 175,000 hectares of farmland with yields of approximately 5.5 to 6.0 million bags per year.
