These U.S. Flags feature sewn stripes and embroidered stars, made in the USA from SolarGuard Nylon, our most popular flag material. Annin Flagmakers dyes its own ColorFast Nyl-Glo flags and guarantees vibrant colors for a full year. This flag material provides the highest resistance to damaging ultraviolet radiation, with a dense 200 denier weave for long-lasting durability. Lightweight, it flies easily in the lightest breeze and offers bright, vivid colors. Flags up through 6′ x 10′ sizes are finished with a canvas heading and solid brass grommets, larger sizes finished with canvas roped heading with galvanized thimbles. Each flag is crafted with hand-fitted double-needle seams and reinforced with backstitching. The top and bottom hems have two rows of stitching, and the fly end has four rows of lock stitching for added strength. Larger sizes have additional rows of stitching on the fly end and are reinforced with corner patches. Annin uses premium-quality, extra-strength polyester thread, color-matched to the stripes on both sides, ensuring lasting quality and performance.
